WAREHOUSE ADDITION

REMIGERDESIGN was asked to work on the 60,000 SF concrete tilt-up addition in late 2020. This addition will expand the warehouse space, with the ability to add a future offce space if desired. Requiring a seamless transition between the old and new structures, our team was able to accomplish this by incorporating similar patterns, colors, and accessories to match the original building. The southern loading dock wall includes 11 dock positions with knock out panels for future growth. This addition is currently under construction with anticipated completion in late summer of 2021.
