Montage at Hawk Ridge is a new-build multifamily community in Lake St. Louis designed to deliver a modern, amenity-rich living experience. RD led the interior design for the clubhouse and provided full FF&E and décor selections for the clubhouse and model units. The design reflects a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic. The clubhouse serves as the social hub of the property, featuring a leasing office, resident lounge, kitchen, and game room designed for both everyday use and community gatherings. Wellness and lifestyle amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a dedicated dog wash, and seamless access to a large outdoor pool area. The model unit showcases thoughtfully curated finishes and furnishings, offering prospective residents a clear vision of the elevated living experience throughout the community.
