Nestled within the confines of Chesterfield Valley, this 70,000 SF building is a monument to the success and dedication of Classroom Library Company which a reflection of commitment to their clients. The project houses both warehouse distribution and the office headquarters which allows CLC to carry out their business under one roof. While all aspects of the design was carefully crafted, it was particularly important for the business operations to host a comfortable and hospitable environment for the users of the facility while providing appropriate visual connections to the warehouse functions as this is the backbone of the company. Creating a careful balance of finishes, lighting and general style allowed for this idea to take place. Simple in nature, complex in function and successful in execution, CLC continues to deliver quality product to their clients within boundaries of their new home.
