Forsyth Point is a proposed urban infill building in downtown Clayton, MO along Forsyth Rd., between N. Brentwood Blvd. and N. Meramec Ave. The new facility will consist of street level retail space with five levels of parking structure and office space above. Additional features include an event space with access to a green roof.
