Starbucks / Mattress Direct

A new building with Starbucks and Mattress Direct as tenants was designed and constructed in Sunset Hills, MO. The approximate 4,500 square foot building was designed to accommodate the current tenants with the flexibility to serve future tenants should the need arise. The light color split face block and stone facade was carefully selected to provide a subtle backdrop to the tenant’s brand identity. As such, better visibility was achieved along the street front.
