Local Manufacturer Warehouse Addition

L. Keeley and Remiger Design teamed up to provide this local manufacturer and engineer of vehicular braking systems with a new ground-up 8,500 SF warehouse addition for storage and maintenance of vehicles. The client had very specifc requirements regarding the design aesthetic and functionality of space that resulted in close collaboration amongst the design team. Because all visually exposed surfaces were fnished with a multitude of varying products it was critical that quality control checks occurred at appropriate intervals to ensure the fnal product was delivered in an exceptional fashion. As such, a unique and inviting space was created for the client’s specifc use.
