Beecher Terrace

McCormack Baron Salazar (MBS) brought Remiger Design on board for interior design services at Beecher Terrace – Phase 1 located in Louisville, Kentucky. The project included a building that houses 120 senior residential units, amenity spaces, and office space for both McCormack Baron Management and liasions. Some of the community amenities offered at this site include a fitness center, community spaces, crafting room, billiard room, doctor’s office, hair salon and laundry rooms on each floor. In addition to the senior portion of the building, the first floor contains a community room for the families living on the adjacent sites – future phases of the development.
