Strathmore Apartments

The Strathmore Apartments are now located in a historic building in Midtown Detroit which was previously the Strathmore Hotel, built in 1924. The Strathmore Hotel had been abandoned for years before McCormack Baron Salazar, the developer, began planning the rehabilitation. Remiger Design collaborated with Hamilton Anderson and Associates, a Detroit-based Architecture firm for the design work. There is no doubt that this project will be a boost for Midtown Detroit!
